creation, you agree that Myticketrider may use your registration details, including

Payment Terms
Payments must be made using the accepted payment methods listed on the Website.
You agree Myticketrider is not responsible for errors by third-party payment processors.

Users waive chargebacks unless fraud is proven.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises:
The parties must attempt good-faith negotiation within 28 days.
If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to mediation facilitated by the Australian Mediation Association.
Mediation will be held in Melbourne, Australia. Costs will be shared equally.
If mediation is unsuccessful after 2 months, either party may pursue legal action.
Limitation of Liability

Myticketrider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Liability for direct damages is limited to the cost of the Services provided;
Myticketrider is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or failures by thirdparty service providers; and
Myticketrider is not liable for events beyond its control, such as pandemics,
government restrictions, or supplier bankruptcies.
Competitors
Competitors may not use the Website for commercial purposes. Any breach may
result in legal action.
Termination
Myticketrider may terminate these Terms if:
You breach any provision;
Required by law;
Continuing Services is no longer commercially viable; or
Users may terminate their account by providing written notice
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Myticketrider, its affiliates, employees, agents,
contributors, third party content providers and licensors from and against:
all actions, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, loss and
damage (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) incurred, suffered or
arising out of or in connection with your content;
any direct or indirect consequences of you accessing, using or transacting
on the Website or attempts to do so; and/or
any breach of the Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes shall be
resolved in Victorian courts.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms shall remain in effect.
